Company Details : When you think of food delivery in the MENA region, we’d be pretty surprised if talabat didn’t pop into your mind first! Since delivering our first order in Kuwait in 2004, we’ve grown quite a lot over the past 17 years.
Today, we deliver hundreds of millions of food orders, grocery items and other products per year, to our customers in nine countries throughout the region. Our food delivery business works with over 27,000 brands and almost 50,000 branches, while our q-commerce concept, talabat mart, now delivers groceries to customers in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman Qatar, and the UAE in 30 minutes or less!

This will entail in depth analysis of sales targets, achievements & overall analytical insights on the framework, payouts and consequently needed changes.
Devising incentive structures:
Responsible for optimizing our sales performance by influencing the bonus KPIs
Payout to be aligned with overall company goals and objectives
Synthesize performance trends and business performance
Identify and highlight opportunities for performance improvement
Develop reporting material in a succinct, visual manner
Stakeholder management:
Align with various function heads to manage and streamline the E2E process
Data reporting & visualization:
In depth, regular reporting of all performance metrics being tracked
Analysis on team performance, earnings, P&L impact and overall bonus framework complete with dashboarding & visualization
Sharing insights with the management team:
Creating the visualization and views needed to show progress reports identifying gaps and inefficiencies in different markets. Sharing insights with country managers to fuel further growth.
Real time numbers, tracking and insights for the local sales teams:
Building in depth reports and dashboard needed by the local sales teams (heads and account managers) to track their portfolio real time
End goal is to ensure that the sales do not struggle to find the data they need to deliver valuable insights to the partners as well being easily able to identify the growth levers for the country

Experience in People Analytics, rewards and incentivization is a plus
Familiarity with ETL processes is a plus
